Angie took on our unique situation fully. We had a probate home in Tawas that needed to be sold, we lived 250 miles away. When she came to the house to meet us and look the property over we knew she would be able to solve our situation. She was very personable but knew her business. We talked about price compared to comps, she let us go with the higher price , at first there was just a few offers that were low , then with her birddogging she found a buyer that was willing to go very close to our asking price , closed a few weeks after. lots of communications from her letting us know how everything was going. Angie did a great job would recommend her for your home sale.
